James brings 22 years of experience treating rheumatology and autoimmune ailments, and is known for consistently going the extra mile for his patients. He completed his education at Dartmouth University and Georgetown Medical School, and trained at SUNY Hospital in New York, before beginning practice in New Mexico in 2004, and then starting practice in Utah and Idaho in 2025.  James specializes in a variety of Rheumatological ailments - including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Scleroderma, Giant Cell Arteritis, Polymyositis, Gout and others.

Crystal is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has worked closely with patients across a variety of settings, including in semi-rural facilities which has given her strong holistic experience in multiple specialties, including rheumatology. She also oversees the clinc's infusion center and is always keen to support patients in their treatment journey towards better health.

Linda has been the Practice Manager for the office for 23 years, having started with Dr Peggy Rupp prior to continuing to lead the office with Dr Steier. Linda is every patient's favorite person; she does everything in her power to help our patients live better lives.
